How to make

Latte
3g matcha + 30ml hot water (70°C) whisk smooth.
Iced: +180ml milk + ice / Hot: +210ml milk. (Optional syrup)

Koicha
4g matcha + 30ml water (60°C). Whisk/knead slowly until glossy.
