Where we ship from

  • Victoria, BC, Canada

Processing time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed starting the next business day.

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Estimated delivery time

  • After dispatch, delivery typically takes an additional 2–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier service.

  • Total estimated delivery time within Canada is typically 5–12 business days.

Shipping rates & tracking

  • Free shipping on orders over $80 within Canada (excluding YT/NT/NU).

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order details.

  • All orders ship with tracking.

  • Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email.

PO Boxes / Remote areas

  • PO Boxes and remote areas may have limited service options or longer delivery times.

  • Delivery to remote locations may take longer than the standard estimate above.

  • If we're unable to ship using the selected method, we'll contact you with alternatives.

Address accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address. We're not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, an additional shipping fee may apply to reship.

Lost or delayed packages

  • Shipping timelines are estimates only.

  • If your package appears delayed, please contact us and we'll help investigate with the carrier.

  • If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we may arrange a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
