Developed for cafés and food-service businesses, our Barista Grade Matcha offers a practical balance of flavour, colour, and cost.
Its distinct matcha character remains present when combined with milk, making it especially suitable for everyday matcha lattes and other milk-based drinks.

Available sizes: 500g and 1kg.
How to make
Recommended café recipe:
• Matcha: 3g
• Water: 30–40ml at approximately 70–80°C
• Milk: approximately 180–220ml
Sift the matcha, add water, and whisk until smooth. Pour over milk and adjust the recipe to suit your menu.

Free shipping is available on wholesale orders of CAD $500 or more before tax.
Free local pickup is available in Victoria, BC.

Storage
- Keep sealed in a cool, dark place (away from heat and odors).
- After opening: reseal tightly and store in the fridge.
- Long-term: freeze sealed.
