Shipping Policy
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from Victoria, BC.
How much is shipping?
Eligible retail orders of CAD $80 or more receive free standard shipping within Canada. Additional charges or restrictions may apply to remote areas and YT, NT, and NU.
Do you offer tracking?
All orders ship with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once shipped.
Shipping to PO Boxes / Remote Areas
PO boxes and remote areas may require alternate shipping methods or additional time.
Are tea products final sale?
Tea products are final sale (perishable). Exceptions: damaged or incorrect items.
My order arrived damaged / incorrect
Contact us within 72 hours with your order number and photos. Please keep all packaging.
How should I store matcha?
Keep sealed, cool, dry, and away from light. Refrigeration is recommended after opening.
How do I make matcha (quick guide)?
Usucha: 2 g + 70–80 mL water (60°C).
Latte: 3 g + 30 mL water (60°C), then add milk.
