When will my order ship?
Orders ship in 2–5 business days from Victoria, BC.
Do you offer tracking?
All orders ship with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once shipped.
Shipping to PO Boxes / Remote Areas
PO boxes and remote areas may require alternate shipping methods or additional time.
Are tea products final sale?
Tea products are final sale (perishable). Exceptions: damaged or incorrect items.
My order arrived damaged / incorrect
Contact us within 72 hours with your order number and photos. Please keep all packaging.
How should I store matcha?
Keep sealed, cool, dry, and away from light. Refrigeration is recommended after opening.
How do I make matcha (quick guide)?
Usucha: 2 g + 70–80 mL water (60°C).
Latte: 3 g + 30 mL water (60°C), then add milk.
