How to make

Latte
3g matcha + 30ml hot water (70°C) whisk smooth.
Iced: +180ml milk + ice / Hot: +210ml milk. (Optional syrup)

Usucha
2g matcha + 70–80ml water (75°C). Whisk frothy.
