Its distinct matcha character remains present when combined with milk, making it especially suitable for everyday matcha lattes and other milk-based drinks.

What it is: A premium, well-balanced matcha with a fuller matcha presence and an easy, clean finish.

Made in the Chiran area for a steady, reliable bowl at home.

How to make

Recommended café recipe:

• Matcha: 3g

• Water: 30–40ml at approximately 70–80°C

• Milk: approximately 180–220ml

Sift the matcha, add water, and whisk until smooth. Pour over milk and adjust the recipe to suit your menu.

Latte
3g matcha + 30ml hot water (70°C) whisk smooth.
Iced: +180ml milk + ice / Hot: +210ml milk. (Optional syrup)

Usucha
2g matcha + 70–80ml water (75°C). Whisk frothy.

Storage
  • Keep sealed in a cool, dark place (away from heat and odors).
  • After opening: reseal tightly and store in the fridge.
  • Long-term: freeze sealed.
  • Thaw to room temperature before opening (prevents condensation).
