Shizuoka Ultra is a single-origin ceremonial matcha made at Mukoujima Farm (Shizuoka), certified to Japan’s JAS Organic standard.

 

  • Aroma: Clean and subtle.

  • Finish: Soft, mellow, and exceptionally smooth.
Tea details

Origin: Mukoujima Farm, Shizuoka, Japan (single-origin).

Cultivar: Yabukita — clean sweetness and an elegant, refined aroma.

Certification: JAS Certified Organic (Japan’s official organic standard; third-party certified).

What it is: Pure, polished ceremonial matcha with a beautiful green bowl.
How to make

Latte
3g matcha + 30ml hot water (70°C) whisk smooth.
Iced: +180ml milk + ice / Hot: +210ml milk. (Optional syrup)

Koicha
4g matcha + 30ml water (60°C). Whisk/knead slowly until glossy.

Storage
