How to make
Recommended café recipe:
• Matcha: 3g
• Water: 30–40ml at approximately 70–80°C
• Milk: approximately 180–220ml
Sift the matcha, add water, and whisk until smooth. For the clearest expression of flavour, use minimal sweetener.
